The Practice
At midday, audit the one task you have been avoiding and ask the body why — is it too big, too vague, or too exposed? Name the real resistance, then change the task's shape to match. Break it down, talk it out, or do the smallest visible piece first. Friction is information about fit, not a verdict on your capacity.
