    Daily Momentum

Focus is not the suppression of distraction. It is building a channel so deep that distraction runs off the sides without ever reaching the work.

    The Practice

Today, before starting, define the edges of your single task in one written sentence: what counts as done, what counts as off-track. Keep that sentence in view. When something pulls, check it against the edges — if it is outside, it waits. You are not blocking the world; you are deepening the channel until the world flows past it.
