Today, lift one person around you instead of only your own output — send the specific praise, make the introduction, hand over the credit that is genuinely theirs. Do it concretely and in writing, naming exactly what they did well. The strongest builders multiply their force through others, and a mind that runs hot can warm a whole room when it points the heat outward. Close the week by making someone else's work more possible than it was yesterday.
