Sunday MorningThe Stocktake
You cannot navigate by feeling alone; once a week, the honest mind stops to read its own instruments.
The Practice
This morning, take twenty calm minutes to look back across the week without judgment — what moved, what stalled, what drained you, what fed you. Write it in plain sentences, slowly, the way you would tell a trusted friend rather than a critic. Let your breathing stay easy; this is reflection, not a performance review of your worth. End by naming one thing to carry into the new week and one thing to leave behind in this one.
