Saturday MorningThe Quiet Hour
The week speaks loudly; what it was actually trying to tell you only becomes audible once you stop adding to the noise.
The Practice
Find one genuinely quiet hour this morning — no input, no screen, no task, no music. Sit with a notebook and let your mind unspool onto the page without steering it toward usefulness. Notice where your body still holds the week — the jaw, the gut, the base of the neck — and breathe into that place until it eases. You are not solving anything this hour. You are letting the silt settle so you can see the bottom.
