    Daily Momentum

Momentum is not the speed at which you start; it is the refusal to fully stop, even when the work goes cold.

    The Practice

Pick the project you most want to abandon today and do the smallest honest unit of it — fifteen minutes, one section, one fix. Set the timer, sit down, and put your hands on the work before the resistance finishes its argument. When the fifteen minutes end, mark exactly where you stopped so tomorrow's re-entry is frictionless. Cold engines do not need a grand restart; they need one turn of the key, today.
