    Sunday Morning

    The Week's Eve

Sunday is not the end of rest; it is the quiet architecture of the week to come, drawn before the building begins.

    The Practice

This evening, take ten unhurried minutes to look at the week ahead and choose the one outcome that matters most — not the full plan, just the spine. Set out tomorrow's first task and clothes and coffee so the morning meets no friction. The neurodivergent mind dreads the cold, undefined start; remove that dread tonight while you are calm. Then close the notebook and rest properly, knowing the path is already laid.
