The Practice

Write down the one ambition you have been keeping small to keep it safe — then add a zero to it on paper, just to feel the resistance. Notice what the body does when the number gets serious; that flinch is the boundary you have been mistaking for realism. You do not have to act on the bigger number today, only stop pretending the smaller one is the ceiling. The neurodivergent mind dreams in scale; the discipline is refusing to apologise for it.
