Sunday MorningThe Clearing
A clear desk is not tidiness. It is the visible proof that the mind has somewhere to land.
The Practice
Spend twenty unhurried minutes clearing one physical surface — the desk, the bag, the bedside table — by hand, not by app. Notice the body settle as the clutter leaves; that loosening in the shoulders is the signal you are after. The neurodivergent mind borrows working memory from the room around it, so an open surface is freed capacity, not vanity. Leave it clear tonight so tomorrow opens onto space, not residue.
