    A Founders Day Letter

    Drucker on Effectiveness

"There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all." — Peter Drucker

    The Practice

List the three things you did most often last month, then ask of each: should this exist? Kill the most efficient task that should not be done at all — the polished report nobody reads, the meeting that decides nothing. The neurodivergent mind over-optimises the wrong track at high speed; effectiveness is choosing the track first, velocity second. Reclaim that hour today and spend it on the one output only you can produce.
