    Daily Momentum

The year does not end. It is inherited. Everything you built quietly this year is the estate you leave to the person you will be tomorrow morning.

    The Practice

On the last day, write a short letter to yourself one year from now. Tell them what you are leaving them — the relationships, the habits, the work in motion — and one thing you are asking them to protect. Seal it, date it for next December. The ND mind that feels time as a blur is anchored by a letter across it. This is the signature on the year. Sign it, and let it close.
