    The Repair

You cannot carry an unrepaired year into a new one and expect it to behave differently. Some things must be mended at the seam, not painted over.

    The Practice

Identify one relationship or one part of yourself that frayed this year and that you keep meaning to mend. This morning, take the first small repair step — a message, a boundary set, a quiet decision to forgive a specific thing. Repair is physical work, not a feeling you wait for. The ND nervous system holds frayed seams as background tension all year; mend one, and notice the load that lifts before the new year begins.
