Open last January's notes, calendar, or messages — whatever record you kept. Read the first two weeks of your year as if reading a stranger. Write down one thing that person worried about that turned out to be nothing, and one thing they ignored that turned out to matter. This is not nostalgia; it is calibration data for next year's instincts. The body remembers the false alarms — teach the mind to discount them.
