    Sunday Morning

    The Repair Morning

What you repair on a quiet Sunday rarely breaks the same way twice. The year wears you down in motion; stillness is where the joints are reset.

    The Practice

Pick one small thing in your physical world that has quietly degraded this year — a tangled drawer, a cracked phone screen, a chair you keep meaning to fix. Spend the morning mending exactly one. Work with your hands, slowly, no podcast in your ears. The ND nervous system reads a repaired object as proof that things can be made whole, and it generalises that proof to you.
