Sinek on Purpose
"Working hard for something we do not care about is called stress; working hard for something we love is called passion." — Simon Sinek
The Practice
Audit your last month of effort and mark which of it was stress and which was passion, honestly. Then design next month to shift one heavy task from the first column toward the second — by changing why you do it, who it serves, or whether it should exist. The neurodivergent engine runs clean on meaning and seizes on obligation. Build the work around what you actually care about; that is not indulgence, it is fuel design.
