Today, open a clean page and write three columns: what you actually built this year, what you abandoned, and what you pretended was working. Do not soften the words. This month is an audit, not a confession — the point is accurate data, not guilt. Tape the page where your eyes land at the start of every working day in November. You cannot reckon with a year you refuse to see clearly.
