Before any screen this morning, name the single outcome that would make this week count — out loud, to yourself. Write it on paper, not a device, so the body does the work of committing it. Then protect the first ninety minutes for it before email, before messages, before anyone else's agenda lands. Monday is ignition; spend its first heat on your own engine, not someone else's inbox.
