Daily MomentumYou do not need to remember who you were in August. You need to decide what the machine builds in September.
The Practice
Spend 45 minutes today doing a brain-sweep onto paper — every open loop the summer left dangling, no order, no judgement. Then circle three. Cross out the rest with a real line, by hand. The crossing-out is the mechanism: an open loop the body still carries is a tab still draining current. Close them on paper so the engine stops idling on them.
