Sunday MorningThe Threshold
Every distance ends at a threshold, not a wall. What you carried across August is the foundation September gets to build on.
The Practice
This morning, write one honest sentence about what you proved to yourself this month — not the outcome, but the capacity. Then write one thing you will carry forward and one thing you will leave behind at the threshold. Standing at the edge of a finished effort is the rare moment when you can choose, consciously, what travels with you. Choose deliberately. Tomorrow a new ground begins, and you cross into it lighter.
