    Daily Momentum

The artifact written at the end of a long effort is the one that compounds — it is where the lessons of the distance get stored instead of lost.

    The Practice

Spend ninety minutes today writing down what the month taught you while it is still fresh — what held, what cracked, what you would build differently. Do it as a document, not a feeling, so the next distance starts from this one instead of from zero. The neurodivergent mind learns viscerally but forgets the lesson once the pressure lifts; writing converts a hard month into reusable infrastructure. This is why Momentum exists — to build the systems the brilliant mind was never given.
