Hobson on Conviction
"Courage follows action. When you take action, you generally feel a lot less scared." — Mellody Hobson
The Practice
Find the one move you have been postponing because it feels too large to begin, and take the smallest irreversible action toward it today — send the email, book the call, name the date out loud to someone. Waiting to feel ready is a wait that never ends, because confidence is generated by motion, not granted before it. The neurodivergent engine fears the unstarted task and forgets the task instantly once it is moving. Move first; the courage arrives on time.
