    Daily Momentum

You cannot sprint a marathon, but you can choose, once a day, to lengthen one stride.

    The Practice

Pick one task today that you would normally do at half-effort and give it your full attention for a single focused block. Not the whole day — one deliberate stride at full extension, then back to sustainable pace. The distance is held by steadiness, but it is won by the occasional chosen surge into the work that matters most. Choose the stride consciously; do not let the day choose it for you.
