    Sunday Morning

    The Repair

Something always frays over a long stretch — a habit, a relationship, a room you stopped tending. Sunday is when you repair one small thing before it becomes the thing that stops you.

    The Practice

Choose one thing the heat of the month has let slip — an unanswered message to someone who matters, a space gone chaotic, a routine that lapsed — and repair only that one thing today. Make it physical and finishable in under an hour. Small repairs done on purpose prevent the large collapses that masquerade as sudden. The body and the life both run on maintenance you can see; tend one visible thing today.
