Daily MomentumFatigue lies about distance. It tells you the end is impossibly far precisely when you are closer than you feel.
The Practice
When the work feels endless today, stop and count backward instead of forward — list the three hardest things you have already cleared this month. The brain under load fixates on the remaining climb and erases the ground already covered, distorting your sense of distance. Reading the evidence of what you have already endured recalibrates the gauge. Then take the very next step, and only that one.
