Sunday MorningThe Inventory
Sunday is for the honest accounting — not of what you did, but of what it cost you and whether the cost was worth the ground.
The Practice
Sit with a notebook and write two short columns: what this week took from you, and what it gave back. Be physical and specific — sleep lost, meals skipped, the call that drained you, the build that lit you up. The aim is not guilt; it is calibration. A body run at a deficit for a month does not announce the bill until it is overdue, so read the ledger now, while you still have the week ahead to adjust the pace.
