Saturday MorningThe Shade
You do not have to keep moving to keep going. Stillness chosen on purpose is part of the distance; stillness that collapses on you is not.
The Practice
This morning, take one slow walk with no destination and no audio — let your attention drift instead of directing it. Notice how the mind, ungoverned, returns on its own to the thing that actually matters, often with an answer you could not force at the desk. The body walking at an unhurried pace is doing real cognitive work. Let it. The week was loud; let this hour be the shade.
