    Daily Momentum

Heat reveals the seams. What cracks under sustained load was already weak — the load did not break it, it showed you where it was already broken.

    The Practice

Today, find the one task you have rescheduled three or more times and ask why it keeps surviving avoidance. Usually it is not laziness — it is missing a first physical step small enough to begin. Define that step at the level of a single keystroke or a single sentence, then do only that. Naming the true friction is engineering; willpower applied to a vague task is just heat with nowhere to go.
