    Daily Momentum

Near the top the air thins and the mind invents reasons to stop one hold short. Recognise the voice; it always speaks loudest just before the summit.

    The Practice

Today, finish one thing you are tempted to leave at ninety percent. Take it the last ten percent — the final edit, the actual send, the real close — and notice the resistance that rises right before completion. That resistance is not a signal to stop; it is the signature of nearly-done. The body wants to flee the finish line; hold the rock one move longer.
