Saturday MorningThe Repair
Saturday is the day the body audits the bill the week ran up. Pay it now, in rest, or pay it later, with interest.
The Practice
This morning, name one part of your body that has been signalling all week — a tight jaw, a held breath, a clenched gut — and give it fifteen minutes of direct attention. Stretch it, breathe into it, or simply lie still and let it unclench. Do this before coffee, before phone, before anyone needs you. Repair is not indulgence; it is the maintenance that keeps the engine running into next week.
