    Daily Momentum

The early week is for laying rope, not for proving you can carry weight. Pace is a form of strength most founders never learn.

    The Practice

Choose one task today that you have been muscling through on willpower and instead break it into the three smallest mechanical steps it actually requires. Write those steps as physical verbs — open, list, send — not as goals. Do only the first one before checking anything else. Willpower is a battery; sequence is a power grid. Today you run on the grid.
