Saturday MorningThe Settling
Some things only become clear once you stop stirring them.
The Practice
Pick one unresolved problem from the week and deliberately set it down today — no thinking, no turning it over. Let the sediment settle while you do something entirely physical with your hands: cook, garden, build, walk. The mind solves more in apparent neglect than in anxious circling, because the background processor needs you to stop overriding it. Come back to the problem tomorrow and notice how much has quietly resolved itself in the stillness.
