    Sunday Morning

    The Ledger of Rest

Recovery is not what you do when the work is done. It is part of the work, entered on the same ledger.

    The Practice

Look back honestly at the week and ask one question: where did I run the engine without refueling it? Write the answer in a single line, then plan one specific act of recovery for today to match it. The body keeps a precise account whether or not you read it. Sunday is the day you reconcile the ledger, so Monday's engine starts full instead of already in debt.
