Jobs on Focus
"People think focus means saying yes to the thing you've got to focus on. But that's not what it means at all. It means saying no to the hundred other good ideas." — Steve Jobs
The Practice
Write down five things you are currently saying yes to, then kill one today — not the worst one, a genuinely good one. The hardest cut is the good idea, because it has no obvious fault, only opportunity cost. The neurodivergent mind generates more good ideas than any one life can carry; your edge is not ideation, it is the ruthlessness to choose. Subtraction is the founder's sharpest tool this quarter.
