Daily MomentumThe second day of the week is where intention meets resistance — and resistance is just unbuilt traction.
The Practice
Pick the task you most quietly dread and do its first ten minutes only — not the whole thing, the threshold. Set your feet flat on the floor and start before you feel ready; the readiness is manufactured by the motion, not before it. Momentum is not a mood you wait for, it is a current you generate by moving the first stone. Once the ten minutes pass, you will usually continue, because stopping a moving engine costs more than letting it run.
