    Sunday Morning

    The Open Window

A mind that never empties cannot tell the difference between a signal and an echo.

    The Practice

Sit by an open window or step outside for ten minutes this morning and do nothing with your hands. Notice the temperature change on your skin, the specific sounds layered in the air. This is not meditation — it is recalibration; the nervous system needs raw, unprocessed input to reset its baseline. End it before you want to. The week ahead will reward a mind that started Sunday under-stimulated, not over-fed.
