This morning, look back across April with kindness and honesty. Write down the one slab you genuinely poured into the ground this month, and the one you avoided. Do not punish the gap; just name it clearly enough that it cannot hide in May. Reflection without judgment is how the neurodivergent mind learns from itself instead of bracing against itself.
