Look at the people you spend your working hours with and ask honestly: who raises the ceiling, and who quietly lowers it? Today, give one extra hour of your attention to the person who makes the mission feel larger, and notice where you have been over-investing in someone who shrinks it. The neurodivergent mind absorbs the energy of its surroundings; curate the surroundings as carefully as the work.
