Identify the one piece of writing or thinking you have postponed three or more times and give it the first ninety minutes today. Set a timer, lower the bar to a rough first draft, and forbid yourself from editing while drafting. Avoidance is rarely about difficulty; it is about ambiguity. Drafting badly is how you turn a vague dread into a concrete object you can finish.
