The Practice
When the afternoon dip hits today, do not reach for sugar or another tab — stand up and move for four minutes. Walk a stairwell, do ten slow squats, step outside into colder air. Watch your body, not your mood: the dip is a physiological signal, not a verdict on your work. Close the circuit physically and the focus returns on its own.
