Today, before anything else, name the single foundation Q2 will rest on — one system, one relationship, one capability you will dig into bedrock by June 30. Write it on the first page of your working notebook in one line. Under it, list the three slabs you will pour this month to support it. The ground is laid by the boring work nobody applauds; this month you become someone who pours concrete, not someone who chases sparks.
