Today, carry forward the single most valuable habit or thread from this month into the next, deliberately, before new noise arrives. Name it, schedule its first appearance this week, and let nothing displace it. The danger at every boundary is the quiet leak where good systems are forgotten in the changeover. Hold the line; momentum is lost at the seams, not in the middle.
