Today, do not wait to feel ready. Begin the week's first real task in the first thirty minutes, while the resistance is highest, precisely because doing it cold builds the mechanism that no longer needs warm conditions. Lower the bar to start, not the bar to finish — just the first sentence, the first rep, the first call. Readiness is a result of motion, never its prerequisite.
